Fantastic hotel, great gym, great location, great pool services. Positive: Gym, room and lobby were simply fantastic. Check in smooth. Location was very central and easy to get everywhere. Negative: The prices were very high - completely out of keeping with the restaurants and shops nearby - but I guess you get that with the exclusive nature of the property. Room air con was a bit loud but worked well.

We will always stay at this residence when we come to SOUTH BEACH, thank you!! Positive: fridge and bathrooms clean. Thank you for leaving dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. Also Robinson was very helpful Negative: There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the unit and NO EXTRA ones! The slip covers, rug and behind the couch was filthy

Negative: Das Zusatzbett war eine Zumutung Am Wochenende Party und damit Lärm bis spät in die Nacht

Generell zufriedenstellend-gut und erholsam Positive: Frühstück: Reception und Restaurant waren sich uneinig, ob Frühstück inklusive oder nicht (ch meinte Nein - reception meinte ja........... Poolanlage und Nähe zum Strand ausgezeichnet. Man war sich im Hause 1Hotel nicht im Klaren, wo man ein house-car besteigen musste (bei der Hotel Lobby 2 x perfekt, oder bei der resident lobby.......) Negative: approach von 3rd parties betreff airport transport, sightseeing etc. via meine eMail
