Room service and front desk calls are not possible being a private resident unit. As you are a private guest of ours, we will greet you upon arrival and properly register you as our guest at the front desk. Check in is from 4 PM to 11PM. Check in time is strictly no later than 11PM. We do not check in guests to this location after 11PM. This will include flight delay or any arrival delay issues that may occur as a guest traveling. Consider alternative lodging if needed for you first night. You are supplied with an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and amenities. Being a resident vacation rental and unless housekeeping is scheduled during your stay these amenities inside the room are not replenished. There is a pharmacy convenience store located across the street with a large selection for personal needs. For auto transport we find it best to get around Miami Beach using Taxi or Uber. The Staff outside can retrieve a taxi within a few minutes for you. Direct Hotel Parking is $41 daily. No daily resort fee on arrival. IDs required for check in. Name must match ID on arrival. Number of guests match booking. Strict; Check in after 4 PM, No check in after 11 PM. Daily cleaning and amenities replenish is not included in the price. Inquire on pricing if desired, an advance notice is required. Valet Parking is $51 per day. Strict; Non smoking room. $500 charge if smoke presence. An arrival time window is needed by you for me to schedule your check in and registration. This was not my first time booking one of Joseph’s listings….and again I was AMAZED!! This property is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice.
