Ocean Drive Beach Condo, Free Chairs & Umbrella

Joseph's place was what I expected. Perfect for a short stay, where we needed a place to sleep after enjoying the surrounding area during the day and night. Host was attentive.

Lugar correcto para el valor pagado. El baño es chico y no hay ninguna vista. El espacio es agradable y bien equipado. Ubicación inmejorable.

Robinson and Joseph were both very responsive and helpful. Really enjoyed staying in this apt, and building in general. Was a little rundown but everything was clean and comfortable. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella and pool were amazing. One of the nice peaceful places to stay South of Fifth! Would stay again and recommend to others.

A REAL REVIEW!! Extremely disappointing & unsanitary stay. Do not look like photos! The apartment was in terrible condition and clearly not properly cleaned or maintained. Upon arrival, there was a strong/ unpleasant odor throughout the unit. (Advise a plug in) The fridge/shower both had visible mold, the bathroom was dirty with broken soap containers and a rusted shower head. The bed linen had blood/urine stains. The sofa full of stains, most drawers had dirt in crevices, dead bugs on the walls, live bugs crawling around, and spiders everywhere. The wall paint was cracked, bubbling/ peeling, the TV stand & headboard were chipped/damaged. The WiFi & cable only worked intermittently. Also there was no running water for 2-3 hours without a warning from the host. The bathroom was Small (you will have to open shower door to make room for knees when sitting down). Concerns made aware to host throughout stay! Host Responsive/defensive! (Pro) Great location Refunded Cleaning fee

El lugar es excelente: cómodo, tranquilo y sin ruidos. La ubicación es ideal, con acceso directo a la playa, y el hecho de que incluyan sombrilla y reposeras me pareció una genialidad. Está a pocas cuadras de supermercados y tiene una cocina muy bien equipada . Las camas son cómodas y todo estuvo impecable. En resumen, una gran estadía, súper recomendable.

Excelente ubicación. Una zona tranquila, sin el ruido de South Beach, pero suficientemente cerca para disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece South Beach y su ambiente. La cercanía de la playa da la posibilidad de salir a caminar y disfrutar de la vista a la playa en cualquier momento. La piscina es un complemento perfecto. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. Recomendado para pasar unos días en familia.

Muy recomendable!! Todo exactamente como lo ilustran las fotos de la publicación, las respuestas a nuestras consultas fueron rápidas, los amenities en el edifico superaron las expectativas, servicio de playa, laundry, piscina ! Excelente ubicación para moverse sin automóvil! A metros de todo! Muchas gracias por recibirnos.
